Anti-Aging of Honey, Nectar Of The God

Generally good quality natural honey has four excellent qualities.First it is a nourishing food; second a good cleanser; third, it has healing power; and fourth, it is pleasant on account of its sweetness.according to Aristoxenus (32o b.c.), anyone who eats honey, spring onions and bread for his daily breakfast will be free from all diseases throughout his lifetime. The pollen of many flowers has a higher vitamin C content than almost any fruit or vegetable. Honey with the largest amount of pollen have more vitamin C than others. One of the most important facts established was somewhat surprising that honey is an excellent medium for vitamins. Grains of pollen charged with vitamin C in cloudy unfiltered honey were preserved intact. Vegetables and fruits lost their vitamin content to a marked degree during storage. Spinach lost 50% of its vitamin C content within 24 hours after being picked.

One of the most popular was honey and milk a mixture that became best known in Atheian circle as ambrosia. Pythagoras planned for himself and his followers, which included fruits, nuts and vegetables as well as honey and bread, brought about an immense improvement in his vigor and health. Pyhagoras lived to be ninety. One of his disciples, Appolonius, lived to be one 113 years of age. Anacreon, who died at the age of 115, attributed his long life to the daily use of honey.

Now we look into how it is being processed. The bees deposited the nectar in their stomach, then go back to the beehive to deliver it, throwing up repeated times; this way ferments, acid and albumen are added to the nectar. It contains most of the essential mineral elements that our system needs. There have already been found, in the honey, more than 180 different nutritional substances.Perhaps more still waiting to be discovered.

Honey contains a wide array of vitamins, such as vitamin B6, thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, and pantothenic acid. Essential minerals including calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc as well as several different amino acids have been identified in honey.

Honey also contains several compounds which function as antioxidants. Known antioxidant compounds in honey are chrysin, pinobanksin, vitamin C, catalase, and pinocembrin. Unlike most other sweeteners, honey contains small amounts of a wide array of vitamins, minerals, amino acids , and antioxidants.

The specific composition of any batch of honey will depend largely on the mix of flowers consumed by the bees that produced the honey. Jungle collected honey is still the best.

The natural bee's honey has natural antibiotics and antihistamines that can boost your immune system.
