Natural Anti-Aging

We heard alot these days about this new personal passion about slowing down aging process or they put it in a more dynamic term such as reverse aging. There are as many anti-aging gurus as there are followers. The list of factors they propounded are such as healthy diets, sufficient exercise, lots of fresh air, sufficient sleep, good quality water, stop smoking, stop caffeine and the list can go on and on. Each of these factors have their own sub-list again. Example fresh air and negative ions. Water and the various types of water like reverse osmosis treatment, infrared treated water and various types of filtration system. If we look further in the exercise category, some even promote sex as a very effective anti-aging factor for those 40 and above. This is what we never heard of 20 years ago. Everybody is promoting, everybody is selling.
